Functionality and ease-of-use were given priority with a focus on conversion to enquiry. The website has an integrated (discrete) data management link for patients and for doctors to streamline on-line communications. In addition, an event management portal was linked to allow efficient capture of attendees for appointments to education purposes. The website was completed on time and on budget.
