ECH is a large not-for-profit aged care service provider based in South Australia. The existing ECH website had limited functionality and was dated in both design and content. NRG was commissioned to start ‘with a clean sheet of paper’ and build a new site that would put the organisation clearly in front of their competitors, allow for easy navigation for users, and allow for constant updating by selective ECH personnel through a comprehensive user-friendly content management system (CMS).
Working closely with ECH senior management, the website was four months in the design & development phase and another three months of construction. The website is largely database driven with numerous search-based functions.
